To show this, we are proud to offer you a complimentary $10,000 household insurance policy per unit. This is designed to provide coverage for any unlikely events at our facility, including fire, smoke damage, theft, and/or vandalism. 

ii) Climate Controlled Units: To meet the various needs of all our clients, we offer climate-controlled units that offer both temperature and humidity customization, to ensure that your items are kept safe in the best storage environment possible. 

iii) Interior & Exterior Access Units: For your convenience, both interior and exterior access units are available. Interior access units are located inside our facility and are like a large closet space, while our exterior access units offer ease for guests who want a larger, roll up garage door style access which they can drive up to for their storage needs.

iv) Fast Online Booking: We offer an online booking system for unit rentals available 24/7 for our clients, to make it easier to rent a unit when you need it.

v) Flexible Unit Access: With a state-of-the-art digital gate system, our storage units are available to our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – whenever it’s most convenient for you. 

vi) Security: Located by the St. John’s International Airport, our facility is in one of the most secure areas of the city. Further assure you that your personal belongings are safe, we have a 24/7 video surveillance monitoring system. We also have CT Storage Units staff conducting a twice-a-day inspection of the facility, which includes security checks for any breaches, compromised locks, or broken equipment.
